Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zlyqor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Pristren ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pristren regarding your use of the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Zlyqor. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. Each account is for one individual user — sharing login credentials is not permitted. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any actions taken by people you grant access to.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to access or interact with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, systems, or infrastructure
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, spam, or any illegal content
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm other users or third parties
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Zlyqor and all related trademarks, logos, product names, and software are owned by Pristren or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any content you create within the Service (tasks, messages, files, etc.). By submitting content to the Service, you grant Pristren a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide and operate the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

5. Free and Paid Plans

Zlyqor offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access to paid features until that date. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable consumer protection law. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We will never sell your personal data to third parties. The Zlyqor desktop Agent tracks only application names and window titles to provide time-tracking features — it does not take screenshots, log keystrokes, or record audio or screen content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for any dispute resolution or data export requests, after which it will be permanently deleted, unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pristren and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid Pristren in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the country in which Pristren is legally established. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account and/or by a prominent in-app notice. Minor updates (such as corrections, clarifications, or non-material changes) may be made without prior notice. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
